What happens when you delete your account?
Deleting your Basswala account is a permanent action. Once your request is verified and processed, we will permanently remove your personal data from our active systems.

- • Booking history and in-app activity associated with your profile
- • Contact information such as your email address and phone number
Important notes
- • This action is irreversible. Once processed, your account and data cannot be restored.
- • Data deletion is completed within 7 working days after successful verification.
- • We do not retain your personal data after deletion unless required by law (for example, to comply with financial, legal, or regulatory obligations).
⚠️ If you only want to stop using Basswala temporarily, you can simply sign out and uninstall the app instead of deleting your account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Permanently delete your Basswala account
This will start the process to permanently delete your account and associated personal data from Basswala. You will not be able to recover your account, booking history, or any related data once the deletion is completed.
Step 1 — Request account deletion
Start the deletion flow. You’ll be asked to confirm this action and provide your registered contact details.
For security reasons, Basswala may contact you at your registered email address or phone number to verify your identity before completing your account deletion request.

Account deletion rights: Basswala allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data directly from this page or from within the Basswala – DJ Booking App.
Processing your request: Upon successful verification of your identity and request, all personal data linked to your account is permanently deleted from our active systems within 7 working days. This includes your account profile, booking history, and contact information.
Legal and regulatory retention: In limited cases, we may retain certain information if we are legally required to do so (for example, for fraud prevention, audit, accounting, or regulatory compliance). In such cases, data is retained only for as long as required by applicable law and is not used for any other purposes.
Reactivation: Once your account has been deleted, it cannot be reactivated. To use Basswala again, you will need to create a new account.
